Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are subsidized based on the order. Our products can be shipped throughout Canada and the United States. Delivery dates may vary depending on the product, we are unable to guarantee weekend delivery. Please reach out to us for weekend delivery and we will do our best to accommodate it. We are not liable and will not provide compensation for shipping delays.

Deliveries will be scheduled with customers given adequate notice. If the customer reschedules or delays the delivery, the customer will be responsible for all carrier penalties.

Customers should always inspect the product immediately for damages, If there are any damages please contact the Balcony and Railing Source directly.

Please provide a detailed description of the damage and pictures of the damages. This information can be sent to admin@thebalconyandrailingsource.com. This will allow us to assist with rectifying the issues as soon as possible.

Return Policy: If you are not happy with your purchased products, you can return all items in re sellable conditions within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be administered when the product has been inspected at the The Balcony and Railing Source facility. Any missing or damaged products on a shipment must be reported within 24 hours receipt. Reporting as soon as possible will allow for a smoother process.
